Carol Ann Pilon a été nommée Directrice Générale de l’Alliance des producteurs francophones du Canada (AFPC) en Novembre 2016. L’Alliance des producteurs francophones du Canada se consacre au développement de l’industrie francophone du film, de la télévision et des médias numériques aux quatre coins du Canada. L’APFC est le porte parole du secteur de l’audiovisuel et de la production indépendante en francophonie au Canada. Avant de se joindre à l’AFPC, Carol Ann a travaillé comme scénariste et réalisatrice sur plusieurs émissions diffusées à Radio-Canada, TFO, TV5, Canal Vie et Bravo. Carol Ann est titulaire d’un diplôme en Communications, média & culture de l’Université d’Ottawa.
Carol Ann Pilon was appointed Executive Director of the Alliance des producteurs francophones du Canada (AFPC) in November of 2016. The Alliance is dedicated to the development of the French-language film, television, and digital media industry across Canada. The APFC is the voice of the audiovisual and independent production sector in francophone Canada. Prior to joining AFPC, Carol Ann worked as a scriptwriter and director on a number of television projects for the broadcast industry, including Radio-Canada, TFO, TV5, Canal Vie et Bravo. Carol Ann holds a degree in Communications, Media & Culture from the University of Ottawa.
